The only thing that is typical from our sessions are that you will get the chance to work on your cardio and aerobic ability, you’ll be required to use your own body weight to improve your strength, and various other equipment to get the best out of the class.
Duration of the class is 45 minutes whereas our one to one personal training session are 1 hour.
No- but you need to be dedicated to improving your fitness levels.
If motivation is what you lack, then that’s what The Work It Circuit team are here for.
We train people of varying abilities, sexes, ages and shapes; you’re welcome whatever level you are.
The positives that you should focus on are how much fat you’ll burn, the increase of your health levels and the amount that your body has improved muscle tone, as muscle ways more than fat.
Saying this, you should aim to lose 2lbs of body fat per week with our sessions and an enriched nutritious diet.
There are no refunds for missed sessions, as we will assume you haven’t been able to make it for your personal reasons.
The sessions will continue as normal, but because you will enjoy yourself, have a great time at The Work It Circuit and want to achieve the best possible results you’ll not miss any classes!
