The Drill (1 hour/ 60 minute) High Intensity Interval Training work-out with a twist! The Drill consists of a number of orthodox and unorthodox fitness regimes that have been proven to get you super fit.
Both classes will put you through your paces, work up a sweat and hit all those vital muscles for an all round body tone and sculpt. Improve your speed, power and agility with this pad focused fitness workout.
