Interestingly, the stats have showed that Kettle Bells only came on the radar at the end of 2010 and shot to fame.
The graph shows dramatic spikes and dips however, it is showing that there is an interest and it maybe here to stay.
Kettle bells in general is becoming more popular. I know I am hearing it a lot more as a fitness option for most trainers.
Nowadays you will see most trainers incorporating Kettle Bells in their regime because is shows rapid results.
This is the “Occams’s razor” of exercises meaning it is one of the simplest ways to get an effective, quick and rapid work out. Why make it anymore difficult than it is, just get the bells and swing.
Bizzarly although this is a Russian kettle bell swinging demo, the map is showing that only the United States is adopting it. Althougth its already adopted in the UK, I predict it to be more of a common practice over time.

In the chart below, there seems to be a pattern emerging over the last 6 years in relation to high and low times in weight training workouts.
If you look clearly you will see by the dates at the bottom, this is measured every 2 years. It seems to suggest that around about January of each year there is a spike in the graph that shows a dramatic increase in people wanting to do a body workout. Hmmm… could this be a new years resolution maybe?
The interest however, is pretty solid which suggests that whatever it is they are doing, it must be working for the new and repeat interests that occur.
Interestingly North America consiting of Canada and the United States are showing strong interests in this sort of fitness regime however, Australia followed by the United Kingdom and India are not far behind.
