Maybe all of us want an athlete’s body where it is fit and of course healthy. But not all are given the chance to be like them, unless if you’re an athlete but most of us is not. The question still remains, how can we achieve that can of body? And the answer would be through exercise.
One good kind of exercise is the circuit training exercise. This kind of exercise is helpful in developing strength and stamina in a single session. It is also good in developing a muscular endurance.
Only a single mat and a set of dumbbells are used but that can already produce a variety of routines, even to the extent of producing sport-specific routines. Anyone can be an athlete by circuit training exercises.

There are different forms of circuit training exercise and one of those is the upper body exercises. Now the different forms of upper body exercises take the forms of Alternate dumbbell punching, Press-up, Prone Trunk Extensions, Bench press, Bent over rowing, Biceps curls, Dumbbell bent arm pullovers, Dumbbell lateral raise, Seated dips, Shoulder press, Dumbbell tripes press, Straight arm pullovers Fly’s and Upright rowing.
In Alternate dumbbell punching, it builds shoulder with a series of classical boxing moves. Dumbbells are very useful in this kind of exercise. Thus, it is recommended that the exerciser must learn how to do dumbbell punches which has four types: the side to side, cross up, cross down and hooks.
While performing classical boxing moves, the weight are in each hand and up to the ante.
The next step is to stand upright with your feet wider than your shoulders and your knees slightly bent. Sit down into your hips while holding dumbbells in each hand just above your shoulders.
Elbows should be bent closely to your body and the dumbbells held by each hand facing each other.
Do this repeatedly and see the good result after a few weeks of exercise. This certainly is a good kind of exercise for a circuit training exercise.

Lance Edward Amstrong is a professional road racing cyclist before he admitted in a television interview sometime in January 2013 that he is using performance enhancing drugs throughout his career.
Armstrong was born on September 18, 1971 at Plano, Texas, north of Dallas. At age 12, Armstrong started his sporting career as a swimmer at the City of Plano Swim Club and finished fourth in Texas state 1,500-meter freestyle. Armstrong’s total points in 1987 as an amateur were better than those of five professionals ranked higher than he was that year.
Edward had notable success in his career between 1993 and 1996. He won the World Championship in 1993, Clásica de San Sebastián in 1995, in Tour DuPont, Europe and Limoges in the Tour de France. However, he was disqualified in 2012 from all his results since August 1998 from using performance enhancing drugs. It was the Court of Arbitration for Sport that declared dismissal of Lance Edward Amstrong as a professional road racing cyclist. Edward didn’t even appeal to the decision.
L.A. Confidentiel – Les secrets de Lance Armstrong is a book published by reporters Pierre Ballester and David Walsh in 2004. The book was about Lance Edward Amstrong as allegedly using performance enhancing drugs while competitions.
At age 25 in 1996, Armstrong was diagnosed as having stage three testicular cancer. He was coughing up blood already and experiences a large, painful testicular tumor. Before his cancer treatment, Edward won two Tour de France stages. He really does well as a cyclist.
Christmas season! There is no event in the whole year that we can compare to the sumptuous meals and the successive parties we do during Christmas. With it, you can really be disciplined to exercise at the right amount and exert more effort than just exercising by yourself which often results to staying relaxed than the usual.
There are different class exercises offered by gyms or in the internet. These classes will address different concerns of different people. It can lose your excess bellies or your big arms or big legs. Whatever that needs changes in your bodies, gym instructors are willing to help you, be it done in gyms or through online.
